God's Good on our Increase!

Psalm 85:12 KJV "Yea, the Lord shall give that which is good; and our land shall yield her increase."

I read Ps. 85:12 and ask the Lord, "Do we have increase on the inside of us? " He said, "The Word is the seed, and the Holy Spirit is that which is good."

I knew the Word was the seed because of the parable of the sower (Mk. 4:14).

I said I had to have scripture for the Holy Spirit being "that which is good" part. He reminded me of Luke 11:13 KJV.
"If ye then, being evil, know how to give "good" gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?"

Here Jesus is referring to the Holy Spirit as “Good.” With the Holy Spirit being a type of water, ("He will come to us as the rain". Hose. 6:3) poured out on the seed in us, the land of our hearts will yield her Increase!

According to Paul, It's the eye opening Holy Spirit enlightenment on the word -Eph. 1:18, which we receive that brings about God”s increase in our lives!

1 Cor. 3:6-9 “I planted, Apollos watered, but God GAVE the increase."

There is Always a Godward side and a manward side to spiritual benefits in this relationship.

1 Cor. 3:8 Paul by the Holy Spirit said the planters and the waterers are ONE. v.9 says, "We are laborers TOGETHER with God.

As we plant and water the seed of Gods Word together into our hearts, God will cause increase of the seed in our lives! Where we need to see some fruit in our lives, we need to plant and water with God for a harvest!
